School Leavers

Our school leavers programme is designed for young individuals with a keen interest to start building their career and step forward into new opportunities. As a firm, we want to cater for individuals from all backgrounds to provide a chance to start learning from experienced members at our firm and gain the skills and initiative to work in the industry.

Graduates

As a firm, we focus on training and enhancing young talent through our Graduate scheme for those with a degree. Our scheme is specialised for those with a keen interest into broking, claims or business support enabling Graduates to build the skills and knowledge in a chosen area. We pride ourselves on focusing on recruiting up and ensuring our Graduates have a clear pathway when joining the firm and feel confident in the career development ahead.

Our Graduate intake opens from September up until middle of November where you will have the opportunity to apply for one of our Graduate Programmes.

Our Process

1. Do your Research

Make sure you have researched who we are and what we do.

2. Submit your application

Submit your details to be added to our graduate intake and be consider for our programmes.

3. Video

You will be invited to a self-recording interview process which will include a few questions around your technical and competency skills.

4. Online Assessment

You will be invited to an online assessment, where you will be tested on you Verbal, Numerical & Diagrammatic skills.

5. Assessment Day

There will be morning or afternoon slots which will include either breakfast or lunch, you will need to present to our partners and rotate through our interview panels.

6. Final Interview

You will be invited back to interview with the business leader.
