About the team and the job:

This is a fast paced evolving credit control role reporting to the Head of credit control assisting in timely collection of premium due.

How you'll contribute:

• Chasing Brokers / Clients for funds due on insurance premiums
• Reporting – aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).
• Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums
• Meeting with Underwriters & brokers & Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally & Externally)
• Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments
• Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums
• Ensuring the correct and timely payment of funds from the IBA account

Requirements:

• Strong Understanding of the Insurance Market and Lloyds of London market
• Offshore / Onshore dynamics
• Credit Control experience, ideally in the insurance market
• Experience reporting internally and external
